Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how we are working
We are open and operating and will continue to do so under government guidelines. At the moment that means we are allowed continue to run the business, but we have made some changes so that we can ensure we can maintain our top priority of keeping our clients and our staff are being well cared for during this challenging time.
We wish to continue creating beautiful gardens for you to enjoy. Here’s how we are working:
- Our office team, comprising of Ross, Sarah and Helen are working remotely from home and Sarah will be picking up calls and we are all responding to emails.
- Ross is dealing with new enquiries and is happy to wander around your garden with you at the required distance, and exploring ways of doing this via video link as well as explaining how our services work over the phone and on line.
- Our outside teams of hard and soft landscapers, tree surgeons, lighting operatives, surveyors, maintenance and lawn care operatives are all travelling to work separately, apart from Martin and T who live together, keeping social distancing between themselves and clients who have been happy for us to continue to work on achieving their new gardens.
As long as the government allow us to, we remain healthy and we can get deliveries, which is becoming more difficult, we will continue to work and complete our projects. If you are a client, and become ill, it is important that you let us know quickly so that we can take the right action.
Our Garden Design service is fully operational to help you start and plan your garden and we are booking ahead for when our Planting and Creative Maintenance services are once again up and running. So if you are thinking that you may want to transform your garden please contact us now as we anticipate being very busy as restrictions are lifted.
