From design.....to reality

Artscape provides a landscape and conservatory design and build service for domestic and commercial clients. Projects start at around £10,000.

We believe that good communication with the client at all stages is essential for achieving the best results. Here is a brief summary of our normal working procedure:

1) Summarise your initial requirements over the phone. Establish that we are the right company for your particular project.

2) 'On-site' meeting (usually within two weeks) to discuss your requirements in more detail and make initial recommendations . Present to you examples of our work and agree budgets.

3) Subject to agreement, design produced (from about £500).

4) Design, artist's impression and costings presented to client (normally within four weeks). Clarify any changes, if required. Outline schedule.

5) On approval of design and budget, produce planting plans and agree firm schedule and starting date.

We aim to avoid over-committing ourselves so that we can adhere to agreed schedules and ensure complete satisfaction to our clients.
