How it works

The Design and Build Process

Artscape provides a landscape design and build service for domestic and commercial clients.  Projects start at around £10,000.

We believe that good communication with the client at all stages is essential for achieving the best results. Here is a brief summary of our normal process when you work with us.

Step 1 – Clarifying your requirements

Initially we will discuss your requirements over the phone so that we can establish that we are the right company for your project.

Step 2 – On-site meeting

We will then meet on-site to discuss your requirements in more detail and make initial recommendations and show you examples of our work and discuss budgets to carry out the landscaping.

Step 3 – Designs Produced

We will then send you a quotation to carry out the design, survey and planting plans. If this quotation is agreed we will carry out a survey of the garden and produce a design for the garden.

Step 4 – Designs Presented

The design is usually ready to present to you in four weeks from the survey being carried out.

We can then make any small changes needed and prepare a fixed price quotation to carry out the hard landscaping and discuss a schedule to carry out the work.

Step 5 – Approval and Commence Work

On approval of the fixed price landscaping quotation we will agree a start date, schedule and discuss the planting plans.

Step 6– On Site

Once we start on site we aim to adhere to the agreed schedule weather permitting, and do our best to minimize any inconvenience to you whilst the work is carried out.

Health & Safety regulations are strictly adhered to for the protection of people, pets and property and we are fully insured for public liability.
